@You come to shoot, the “Body and Mind Set Out Together” short video collection event has started.

Exercise and Reading: Dual Purification for Life

In the context of a fast-paced and intense lifestyle, exercise and reading have become rare tools for physical and mental relaxation, symbolizing the adjustments in life. On the occasion of World Book Day, celebrated by book lovers around the globe, a new question arises before us—do you choose to immerse yourself in the ocean of books or to turn the pages of a new chapter in life?

In this splendid spring season, a campaign aimed at providing mental and physical purification through exercise and reading has emerged. Under the theme “Setting out with both body and mind,” the campaign calls for the public to share stories of personal growth through these two methods by creating short videos. A simple press of a button serves as a special tribute to World Book Day.

This activity will last nearly half a month (April 22nd to May 5th), and every Migu Video user who loves life is cordially invited to participate. Your story could be about a case study of a healthy lifestyle, insights on reading, or personal anecdotes from the journey of exercise and reading.

Log in to the Migu Video APP, tap the screen, enter the Marathon section under the sports channel, and you will see the special event page for “Setting out with both body and mind.” Here, you can upload your works, participate in public voting, and invite friends to vote for your favorite pieces.

During the entire event, all user submissions will be open for public voting, and the most popular entries will receive generous prizes.

Let exercise awaken our body now, and reading soothe our soul. On this World Book Day, let’s all participate in the “Setting out with both body and mind” campaign. It’s not just about reading; incorporate exercise into your life, and let your body and soul journey together. Join now, and let your enthusiasm shine at this moment.
