If we can turn off our phones for at least an hour after school or work every day, we will have more time to do things that are more focused and meaningful. In today’s world, where mobile apps are constantly stealing our precious time, reducing dependence and challenging ourselves to turn off our phones for one to two hours might be a good way to take back control of our time.
